Chicago

When we arrived in Chicago on the morning, we were so hungry that we almost died. we stopped on MC- donalds and ate som junk food. Then we drove around in the city with our car. We drove for a long time since Chicago is the third largest city in U.S.A. and is really big with lot of traffic.

We went to a museum and saw some pictures from the big fire in 1871. It started 8 th of Oktober on the evening and broke 1/3 of the city. 250-300 people died an many got houseless. It was so horrible to watch that we did not contine looking in the museum.

To celebrate that we were done with our journey, we went to the hotel Dana hotel and spa. the hotell we were going to stay on while we were in Chicago. We ordered some food and soda to our room, then we went to the supermarked and bought some candy. When we were done we celebrated the end of our exciting journey...

Early next morning we took the first flight from O`Hare international airport to los angeles.

Last day i Springfield

Now it's our last day in Springfield.

The first day Jennifer could deside what we were going to do, and she desided that we should play golf. The secend day it was Jenny's turn to dedside, and she of course desided that we should have a shopping day. This trip has been a beatuful trip, but now I desided that we were gone take a boat trip. We are gone borrow canoes, and then paddle out to a little island were we are gone eat lunch before we are gone tack the canoes and paddle home.

The trip

We went down to the sea shop to barrow canoes. Then we made a picnick basket to bring with us. When we arrived the island, we took a swim in the cold water. We had a lovely day, the sun began to go down and we new that we had a long night in front of us in the car.

we paddled back and sat us in the car. Now we were going to the last stop, Chicago.....

Day 2 in Springfield :D

Hello!!

This is our second day in Springfield. We woke up when Lucy wanted to take a jogtrip. Everbody was tired so we trowed some water over her. After one hour everyone was awake, at 12.00 a'clock. We didn't now wath to do, but Jennifer and me (Jenny) new what to do. Both of us screamed "SHOPPING!!!!!".

Orion Shopphing. That was the shoopping mall we were going to. It was more then a hundred shops. Jennifer and I said that we had to go to every shop (but we couldn't) :(

We were shopping most of all cloths, but in the last hours we couldn't stand to shop any more, so we sat us down on McDonalds xD We ate some hamburgers, and some salat.

At the end of the day we drove home to the hotel and went to the pub there and danced some :D And we got a little sleep to the next excited day!!

Our first day in Springfieldn :)

Hallo :D

Now we are in Springfield. That is the last stop on the trip before we finish in Chicago. We haven't used so many days like we planned to do, so we decided to stay here for some more days.

Here are some facts about Springfield City:

Springfield is the capital of the state of Illinois in USA. The area of the city is 156 km² and the population is 116,482 (2006).

We have ordered a hotelroom for 4 persons and we are going to stay there for a couple of days. Now we are driving to a golf course to play golf! It was a friend of us who had recommended this. She thought this was a very good golf course and we look forward to it and hope it's gone be very fun! :)

If you look at the picture you can see us play! Playing golf was very fun and different from the other things we have done on the trip so far. We used some hours to play the whole course (which consists of nine whole). When we had completed the half course we went up to the golf club and bought some cakes and water. I hope we can come back some time and do it again. The weather was great and it was a nice course! :)

Now we are looking for a good resturant where we can eat dinner and after that we think we shall drive to the hotel.

Today was a great day, and we hope the next day will be nice too! :D

How to make most damage on one day!

When we drove out of St. Louis, the wheels on our car went flat.
When we waited for the rescuing car to come, Jenny got head-ake and had to walk to a gass station to by some water. In the station she payed with one of the dollars that she had won on the Lucky Lady Casino in Saint Louis. A policeman stopped her and said that the money was fake, and that she had to come with her to the police station. At the same time Lucy saw a pretty lake and wanted to go simming.

She almost drowned, but Amy pulled her up in the last second. Well up on land, we saw the rescing- car driving to our car. They changet wheels on almost no time, and we drove to the police station to pick up Jenny.

We had to deliver all the money to the police men and we drove along route 66 again with not that great smiling face again. Now we were car sick, head-ake sick and water sick.
And on the top of all this, Amy threw up all over Jennifer:S

St. Louis

Best friends in Missoury and Saint louis.

Now our journey has stopped in St. Louis our Saint Louis, which is the second largest city in Missouri. The name comes from King Louis IX. We hope we will have a great time while we are here.

We arrived late in the evening. We parked our car and checked in on the Ritz Carlton St. Louis. We fell asleep as soon as we got in to our beds... Next morning we took a trip on Tom Sawyer, the paddle wheeler, down Mississippi lake and through the Gateway Arch. When we arrived the pier we ate lunch on a very fancy an expensive resturaunt. When we were done we drove our car down the road to St. louis zoo. In the zoo we saw many nice animals. I fell in love with a pretty and colourful bird. I wanted to take it with me on th journey but I were not allowed!

We bought ice cream, but Jennifer's ice-crean fell off the biscuit on to her tunica, so our day in the zoo was over because Jennifer had to go home to the hotel and change her clothes. Jenny and Lucy went to the luck lady Casino while Jennifer and I wanted to stay on the hotel and swim in the pool. The water was clear and had blue stones on the flor. It was lovely and we both missed our best friends, Jenny and Lucy.

When the clock rang 00.00 Jenny and Lucy still were not home. Jennifer and I were worried, but we were so tired that we soon fell asleep...

A door was opned slowly. Jenny and Lucys heads came through the door with big smiles. They told us that they had won 2 million dollars on the Casino. Now Jennifer and I woke up and celebrated the rest of the night (almost, it only lasted a few houers).

The next day we drove our car out of St. Louis with a great memory and a good time...

Now we are in Tulsa! Here are some facts about this town:
Tulsa is the second biggest city in Oklahoma, a state in the USA. The area of the city is 483,8 km² and the population is 384,037 (2007). ---->

Now we're going to a beach to have a swim, and maby grill if the weather keeps good! :D
After that we think we shall drive around in our very cool car and look for some nice places here.

We are now in Oklahoma City. Oklahoma City is the capital of Oklahoma. Its lives 541 500 people here. The city has a lots of bombs the last few years. In 1995 the city was exposed for the largest terrorist attack!!

Now we are not talking more facts, are we talking about us :D We are in Oklahoma City. We are going to live at: Lincoln Inn Express. (I didt find the prize) :S But now we four girls going to have a little fun in the Oklahoma City zoo :D It's going to be very fun to se all of the animals <3

We are going to Knotts Berry Farm, there is it a lots of rollercosters. We have been there before, when we was in the shops in LA. We all take the rollerscoasters together, and we had so much fun!! :D

In LA :D

Hi!!
Now we are in LA. It's a huge city. It's many high buildings here and many shops. And you should see the shopping centers, Jenny and Jennifer got cracy. Now we are sitting on a café, and drink some coffe. We have got so many shopping bag's!! Every one got atlist three. :D We had sow mutch fun that we agred that we shold do this again, when we are back from the trip. Now we're gona go to the car and start this wonderful trip on Route 66. First stop is Santa Fe! <3

Hi!

Hey, we are now starting our trip on route 66! We are very excited about this. We're going to drive our hippie car. Amy, Lucy and Jennifer have a horse but me, Jenny, have a donkey. We are going to stop some places on the trip. First we drive to LA from Beverly Hills. There we are going to buy some food, and more we need for the trip.

After that we are going to start our trip on route 66!! :D We are first going to drive our hippie car to Santa Fe. There we are going to ride on horses/donkey. We have to sleep at a hotel and that hotel is: US$ 79 (dollar) The Santa Fe Suites (Formerly Camel Rock Suites)

Its going to be very funny to live at a hotel, that before was the place for the Camels :D We are going to live there just one day, but we need to have some luxery <3

I am going to travel from LA to Chicago on Route 66 with my bestfriends Lucy, Jennifer and Jenny. We're taking this journey to celebrate that we have finished school. When we come to Garnd Canion, we will meet our horses(that we left in a stable there) and ride in to the dessert.

We were going shopping on the mal, when we saw a brochure of a car sale in LA and we decided to start our journy in LA. The next morning we drove a taxi to LA from Beverli Hills.

There were many fancy cars, but only one of them was that collourful as the big hippie car. We fell in love with the car and decided to by it.

The car was old and had a bobblebath on the roof. Beside the bobblebath there was an umbrella. We climbed in to the car. It looked like an airplane in the front with lots of big buttons. In the middle it was a kitchen and a toilet. Far behind it were four beds.

From Beverly Hills to LA

Today we are going to start our trip on route 66. Our first stop plays we're gona stop is in LA. In LA we are gon'a by som food and cloths to the trip. :)

About us

We are four friends from LA who is 18 years old. We're going to drive on roud 66 because we want to have a holiday from school. It's Amy who is the pony lover of us.
